What Sets Us Apart
We have 5 ground floor studio rooms and 5 upstairs / balcony rooms. Please advise your choice, (subject to availability).
Each of our 10 motel suites have air conditioning/split system and features a work desk, a flat-screen TV and a mini refrigerator. The kitchenette cupboards are stocked with all you need to enjoy your stay, kettle, toaster, plates, cups, cutlery.
Motel Unit Rooms; Each King Deluxe Room has a king bed. A Twin Room has a King Bed and A Single bed.
The two- and three-bedroom apartments have their own fully equipped kitchen and court yards to enjoy family gatherings.
One car park is available per room, if you have a second car or visitors they are to park on the road.
All rooms have an outdoor table and chairs to enjoy the fresh air.
Admiral Motor Inn Rosebud is situated on the southern end of the Mornington Peninsula, with shops and restaurants on the doorstep. Rye is a 5-minute drive away, Blairgowrie is 10 minutes and Sorrento is 20 minutes.
At Admiral Motor Inn we do not have restaurant or food facilities but can offer many suggestions to treat yourself to from our wonderful local restaurants that are located within a 5-minute drive.
Deluxe King Room
Features an ensuite bathroom and work desk. This room has no capacity for extra guests, this includes children. Ground floor and balcony levels. Subject to availability.
Deluxe Twin Room
Indulge in comfort with our Deluxe Twin Room, featuring a private ensuite bathroom and a convenient work desk. Perfect for up to three guests, this well-appointed room offers a restful king bed (non-splittable) and is available on both ground floor and balcony levels, subject to availability. Rates are per room, and occupancy limits include all guests, including children—no additional guests permitted. Enjoy a blend of comfort and functionality for your stay!
Two Bedroom Apartment
Unwind in our spacious Two Bedroom Apartment, ideal for families or friends traveling together. This apartment includes two private bedrooms—one with a comfortable queen bed and the other with two single beds. Enjoy a fully equipped kitchen, a welcoming living area, and a large bathroom with a luxurious spa bath. Rates are based on four guests, with a maximum occupancy of four (including children)—no additional guests permitted. Experience the perfect blend of relaxation and functionality for your stay!
Three Bedroom Apartment
Experience a stylish and spacious retreat in our Three Bedroom Apartment, complete with a newly refurbished bathroom and a fully equipped kitchen, featuring a dishwasher and an espresso coffee machine for your convenience. Relax and unwind in your own private backyard with a picnic table—perfect for outdoor meals or gatherings. Designed for up to six guests (including children), this apartment ensures both comfort and functionality for an unforgettable stay. Please note, maximum occupancy is six, and no additional guests are permitted.
