  • Why should I book using this website?

  • What is the earliest I can Check-in?

    Standard check-in time is 2pm.

    Yes, please give us a call if you're wanting to arrive after 8pm.

  • Do you have undercover parking?

    No, every room has parking outside or near there room.

  • Are your rooms non-smoking?

    Yes, all rooms are non-smoking.

  • Do you have a restaurant?

    No, but we can offer many suggestions to treat yourself to from our wonderful local restaurants that are located within a 5-minute drive.

  • Do you have room service?

    Yes, fresh towels and beds made daily.

  • Do you have wireless internet in guest rooms?

    Yes, but from time to time the network lags dues to the holiday season on the Peninsula.

  • Do you have an outdoor entertainment area?

    No but each room has their own outdoor table and chairs.

  • How close are you to the shops?

    2-5 minutes by car to Rosebud Shopping Plaza, Aldi, Coles and Woolworths.

  • How close are you to restaurants?

    Within 2-5 minutes by car of number of restaurants, cafes, and fast food outlets.

  • Do you have Foxtel?

    Yes, in all rooms.

  • What is your Cancellation Policy?

    Cancellations must be made at least 42 hours prior to check in date and time. Cancellations received less than 24 hours, the first night’s amount will be charged.

  • How do I guarantee my booking?

    Credit card details are required to secure room booking or a $150 cash bond.

  • Do you have a gym?

    No, there are a couple of gym facilities within a 2-5 minute drive.
